As far as symptoms, the main thing I've noticed is when using web browsers (especially when searching on google), my Avast antivirus lights up like a Christmas tree. Constant warnings of infection, mainly rootkits and trojans.

Hello!
You could tell me what programs are these:
Retail ProŽ 8-Series kona 8.52 Inst1
Retail ProŽ 8-Series Outer Limitz 8.52 Inst1
And is this a personal computer?
I haven't used this forum in a while, and I completely forgot about the personal vs business computer issue. I apologize, and if that disqualifies me for assistance I very much understand.
It is a small business computer. The programs you asked about are the POS. I'm as close to a tech dept as we have, running a network of 4 machines.
