Exception Errors

When I run Spybot Search and Destroy, I receive hundreds of error messages:

Windows - No Disk
Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c
Cancel Try Again Continue

If I select Cancel or Continue, the program goes on the the next file. If I select Try Again, it tries the same file again, but with the same results. I checked the Windows log and found these to be application errors, in the System log file. Does anyone know what is going on?

Hello,

This is a known problem which can occur in Windows.
The problem is usually caused by having Drive C assigned to a device with removable media. If you have that situation then either put media in Drive C or reassign the device to another letter.
