Spybot S&D removal problem

I am trying to uninstall Spybot 1.6.0 using add/remove programes. Receiving error message and cannot complete removal

"Runtime Error (at -1:0):
Cannot Import dll:C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\UninsSrv.dll"

Help please?

This is a shot in the dark, but try it anyways.
I would like you to reinstall Spybot (if I'm correct, this should replace a certain 'missing' file).
