Troj Printspool - Possible FP?

In brief, the scan results say I have Troj Printspool present. However if I ask spybot to fix it I lose the ability to print or add new printers due to the print spooler service not running.

For the record system details are:

OS - Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 installed
Browsers - Firefox 3.0.10 & IE version 8.0.6001
Spybot 1.6.2.46 Last detection update 6 May 2009. Teatimer & SDHelper not active.
