computer running slow and not updating

Hi i have a computer that has ca antivirus and has both spybot and malwarebytes on it. i scan with all three atleast once a week, but i think it is infected with something my ca antivirus stoped updating and the computer is sluggish.

AVG8 and CA Internet Security Suite

Any number of symptoms will occur as the programs compete. Once you are running one antivirus program, let us know if you still have issues. You might first consider re-installing the program you keep again once the other program is uninstalled and the computer has been restarted.

I also suggest you review this information for help with a "sluggish" computer. but not until after you resolve the antivirus issues.
