help, my computer's has a serious virus?!

My computer has been going haywire lately. I do my usual cleanups and maintence on a daily basis and have avg antivirus protection but something is not right. I picked up a "downloader virus" and can't seem to find it. I suppose it's the one that you are all talking about and are having problems trying to get it off your computer... It shuts my programs down, whatever it is, and even my connection to the net if it senses a threat. I can't update my antivirus program automatically and have to manually download and update off the website, i keep getting a "connection with the update server has failed" , so i can't get them automatically. I ran scans in safe mode but it still has not picked up anything. I did run a virus remover, more specifically "downloader.Stubby.A" remover from the avg website but the program keeps closing up after it starts scanning, even in safe mode. Well, i downloaded hijackthis and ran it, here is my log:

You must have read and followed the "Before you Post" instructions, anything else will waste your time and mine.

Once you are sure you have read and followed the directions, post a new HJT log in normal mode. Add any comments you think will help, include an error messages word for word.

Post also an uninstall list: Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
