I have run Malwarebytes and Spybot several times and each time I use Spybot it takes over two hours and finds a lot of malware, trojans, etc. Malwarebytes has 5 issues that it can not clean up unless I reboot and then the cycle starts all over again. The first problem noticed was a user name and password was required to use the computer when it is turned on. Of course, no password is actually needed and all you have to do is hit OK. Then the desk top would not come up, the only thing showing would be the background. Control, Alt Delete will let you access the system by going to New Task so you can access programs.

 The biggest problem I have probably created for you is I have deleted registry keys through Hijackthis. I knew that they were not legit once the system kept reloading the infected programs on restart. By ending them, I hoped I would be able to stop the cycle; however, that was not the case. Also, in Spybot System Startup settings cmd end configurations keep getting added to it, causing the system to go right back through the entire process again.

Next, I have noticed in Process for Windows Task Manager the following bogus processes running: igfxext.exe, 1268347184.exe, 2434409684.exe, IEXPLORE.EXE (3 seperate listings)

Hi TNTMad

One or more of the identified infections is a backdoor trojan.

This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and Download and Execute files

I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.

Though the Trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of Trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS. Please read these for more information:

How Do I Handle Possible Identify Theft, Internet Fraud and CC Fraud? (http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10451)

When Should I Format, How Should I Reinstall (http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10063)

We can attempt to clean this machine but i can't guarantee that it will be 100% secure afterwards.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Please let us know what you have decided to do in your next post

Hello, yes lets try and get the system working. This is not my computer but belongs to my friend's daughter. I have a couple questions: Can the virus or Trojans be transferred with flash drives and if I have not immunized the system is there still going to be a problem with possibly not being able to remove everything?

An external CD drive is needed for the system in question. My friend does not have the money to purchase one at this time, so reformatting the unit is not an option right now. Since it is a teen that uses the computer, I believe she only uses it for music and games so personal banking and other such stuff is not an issue right now.

Thank you in advance for your time.

Those malware which is visible in log won't do that but we of course can't know what else is there.

We will begin with ComboFix.exe. Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running the tool:
This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.
ComboFix SHOULD NOT be used unless requested by a forum helper

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

Ensure you have disabled all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
If you need help to disable your protection programs see here. (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html)

When finished, it will produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.

Thank you for your help, the owner is going to take it to someone that says he will have no problem cleaning the system up. So I am going to give it back since she does not want to wait any longer for her computer. Sorry for taking up your time. I know there are others out there that could have used your help sooner.
