Virtumonde & win32.sdbot

Good evening, i'm hoping someone can help me on here. It appears i've been shafted by paying a company for spybot s&d. The site looked the same as this one but i've been billed for £23.91 to a MBCONTACT.COM for a 3 year vip membership. I got the site from google and knowing very little about computers and never having a bug in one before, I thought it was the right site. So, I don't know if i've even got a correct programme or not as it won't get rid of Virtumonde or win32.sdbot.aad, whatever I do (even with the internet disconnected) they are both still there. So far i've been trying to clean my pc since saturday and downloaded the programme on sunday. So first off, how do I know that the programme i've downloaded is authentic and why will it not remove these two trojan's?
