Remove Spybot S7D

I'm running McAfee and I can't upload Virus Scan because Spybot is installed. Tried to remove it with Add/Remove and it says the following is missing:

C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\unins000.dat

Download a copy of Spybot-SD and install it over the current version to replace the broken uninstaller.
