A couples of days ago, I plugged in an external HDD that my sister uses. After this, my Firefox started acting weirdly, and was re-directing a fair few, about 3/5, of my google searches. I'm fairly certain that it's smartbizsearch, as that was the address of one of the re-directs. However, at other times, it re-directs me to ebay, heavy.com or other search sites, or sometimes, it just re-loads the google search.

I am sure that
F2 - REG:system.ini: UserInit=C:\WINDOWS\system32\Userinit.exe,C:\WINDOWS\system32\sdra64.exe,
is a bad entry, as I don't recognise it, having done HJT scans before, and WINpatrol was informing me that it kept trying to add itself to the startup list when all these problems started occuring.
Another thing is my Task manager has a blank list under User name. sites have told me to fix this i need to start a Terminal Service, but anytime I do, it automatically stops itself.
