Question of Function

I have Windows Vista (64) and multiple users, each with their own seperate Log-On. I've installed Spybot S&D in Administrator's account (Log-On).
My question is, will Spybot S&D scan, protect and have Tools available for all user accounts or is it necessary to install seperately in each account?

TeaTimer must be activated for each user account that you want it to run under. Otherwise you should be able scan and to immunize all user accounts from the administrator's account.

OK - I've activated Tea Timer and SD Helper. So, does that mean that a scan performed in the Administrator's account scans the entire computer, including all other users?
