I seem to have stumbled onto a virus today. After my computer started acting funny and look alike program (looked like microsoft security update) tried to get me to click it to scan my computer, I disabled my wireless connection and tried to start S&D. Throughout this entire process (5 minutes or so) tea timer was going crazy and every change was denied. S&D would not start, Malware bytes would not start. Adaware would return an error when i tried to start it. I restarted my computer to try to get some traction on starting up S&D and the others but when i restarted a window popped up saying i had 60 seconds to save etc. before a forced shutdown due to a failed startup of Remote Procedure Call (RPC). I now have 60 seconds or so before my computer shuts down every time. Suggestions?

Thanks
