Malware Doctor

Hi, I got hit by some program called "Malware Doctor", not "Malware Doc" though, the one with the 'pretty' interface... this one is mostly black, and it starts off showing a scan of random files, and every now and again, it shows an infected file in a msg box in the bottom right of the screen, issuing an pig's oink whenever it shows it. It has disabled my internet, task manager, registry editting, and has stopped most all programs. I can still run things through the add file option of winamp, so i can install programs and such. A lot of colors have changed to simply black, such as the windows bar on top of mozilla, or internet explorer. Windows explorer is frozen, mozilla is frozen, I don't dare restart, even though i was able to scan and remove a few files in malwarebytes, but it hasn't been updated for a long time sadly x.x. If you guys have no ideas, or really need it, i can attempt to burn hjt onto a disc and load it onto the computer, otherwise, i'll wait, cuz i imagine it'll be a pain in the neck.

Hard for me to know what is going on from the limited information you provided. I can show you this:

A lot of this new junk has the ability to block the sites and tools we need to remove it. My first suggestion would be to try to get Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware updated and it should remove the junk, or most of it. Let me know how that goes, there are other methods available, but do not expect fast or easy.
