Hi I recently got some trojans or virus after dowloading bad files so i proceeded to use 'superantispywear' to get rid of the files, but when i rebooted nothing seems to work

every 5 seconds i get the error Jlopfmwe.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close

I also keep getting errors saying "the instruction at '0x0040002f' referenced memory at 0x0000007 memory could not be read"

When i try use my acer system recovery I get the error "'0xc00007b" there various other codes like 0xc0000076 and 0x0040100 that I have written down before they flashed away.

I cant acsess the internet either although it says im connected and the programme malwarebytes seems to just crash.
I'm 17 and I have very little knowledge of computers. So any help would be much appriciated.

I've transfered this log to my family computer I have no idea what it means.

Hello Demii and welcome to the Forums :)
You got something there....

We will begin with ComboFix.

Please download ComboFix from one of these locations:

Link 1 (http://subs.geekstogo.com/ComboFix.exe)
Link 2 (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe)
Link 3 (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe)

* IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop

Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools

Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.

As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.

Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.

**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

Once the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix, you should see the following message:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v706/ried7/whatnext.png

Click on Yes, to continue scanning for malware.

When finished, it will produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.

This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.
ComboFix SHOULD NOT be used unless requested by a forum helper

If you need help, see this link:
