I have read the sticky post, and it sounds like I need to download hijackthis, run it, and post my log here. The problem is that I cannot even get that far on my computer.

My WindowsXP computer is infected with SystemSecurity2009 (and possibly more). When I run AVG anti-virus, it shuts down the computer.

I have four user accounts on the computer. Only one has administrator rights. On that user account, I cannot run any .exe files. Each time I try to access any program or run any .exe file, I get a popup saying that it is disabled or can't be run.

The other user accounts are still allowing me to access programs/.exe files, but when I try installing a program, it says I can't do that because I don't have administrator rights.
