Issues w/ SBS&D at Start-up

Hello first allow me to say this issue doesn't pertain to IE8. I have had this issue since version 1.5 I believe and only occurs when I have Immunize @ Start-up selected. About 90% of the time everything will load appropriately, but it will take a good 30-45 seconds before Spybot will completely load. During this time the program acts as if it has crashed: It is unresponsive, gives that wonderful afterimage when you drag it across the screen, and takes up 0% cpu usage until the program finally loads. The loading bar will usually show the first three or four bars, out of the 100% loading process, and then stick until the last few bars show up. Otherwise no bars will load until the product is completely loaded. If I have autoupdated selected on top of this it only compounds the problem and increases the crash rate as well as the loading rate. It typically would go from 30-45 seconds to a 60-80 seconds.

The other 10% of the time the product crashes explorer.exe and I am forced to reboot. Over the past few months I've caught it as Spybot loads up, and seems to be about to crash explorer, and closed Spybot. Explorer then loads fine.

I've done the things in: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=4799 and checked them repeatedly over the months but nothing ever changes. I have a meticulous tower, and everything is cleaned regularly. I love SpyBot and have been using it for years, but this thing has really been trying my patience.
