Scan Won't Complete [Archive] - Safer-Networking Forums

I am a long time user but never had a reason to post before.
I am using v1.6.2 and since switching to this version I haven't been able to complete a scan it stops at he same spot. I have tried running high priority and Single cpu still hangs up same spot.

Running bot-check (508088/535173: win32.TDSS.rtk; $E6418935)

I hope the verbose code helps, I read a few posts trying to fix as you can see.

Hi dcarey262,

please try to run Spybot in safe mode (http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml). Does it help you?

Try to run RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) and post a log.

thank you i did the boot to safe mode and s&d finished scan removed problem and now completes in normal tyvm.
