Spybot keeps finding Virtumonde

Like the title says, Spybot keeps finding 2 entries of Virtumonde when it scans, but it can't fix the infection (even when i do the run after a re-start option). Computer has been running pretty funny lately and it would be nice to get it back on its feet :)
