Basically, this message just pops up at random times and tells me that "your computer has just recovered from a serious error". I have no idea what type of error or what could've caused it. I just really need help. I'm pretty good with computer so long as I know what to do. So I'll be able to do whatever you all tell me to fix this problem. This is the Log I recieved with HiJack This.

You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing.

AVG8, Avast4 <<< uninstall all but one antivirus program, restart the computer and post a new HJT log.

Post also an uninstall list: Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
