When running S&D, "freeze" comes up in the list of "problems" as something to be removed. However, when clicking the "fix" button, the following error appears:
"Unexpected error in fixing problems
cannot create file C:Windows\wininit.ini Access is denied"
I have re-run, made sure I had latest downloands, etc. Am running vista 64 ultimate. Could that be a problem?
I did a websearch on the "free offer, freeze-com" malware, and various blogs said to use S&D to remove it. But, it is not being removed, when I attempt to do so. What now? Thanks.
