Virus Returns Immediately....

Can someone please help me?? I have something called Windows Security Center, WinPC Firewall, & WinPC Antivirus popping up on my screen every 30-90 seconds today. My computer was fine when I shut down last night, but it has been doing this now since I fired it up this morning. I have run SpyBot S&D 4 times now....it has found and destroyed the 3 threats listed above all 4 times, yet they resurrected themselves immediately as I restart my computer. Does anyone know how to address this?? Thank you.
P.S. Please understand when you answer me that I am VERY new to computers and simply self-teaching myself. I am on a DELL laptop.
If possible, could you respond to my e-mail?? I am not sure I wil be able to monitor this forum or whether or not my computer is crashing :(
