Trojan.zlob removal

I went thru the steps to remove trojan.zlob,SpyFalcon, and maybe Seekmo from my dear spouse's cpu. This included downloading HijackThis, SmitfraudFix, Ewido, and using Spybot-S&D, which didn't catch it in the first place. All of this has apparently worked so far. But I have all of these log files on my desktop. I don't know what they mean. Ewido quarantined 262 files. HijackThis shows a list of "possible" trouble spots, some in the registry. Have these files been quarantined too? So I guess I need some one to explain what I have here.
