How do i get rid of W32.Pitin.B and W32/drowor.worm

I am suffering with W32.Pitin.B and W32/dorwor.worm viruses. Also on boot my PC shows Surabaya Birthday message.Folders on the filesystem on right click shows install , configure options and contains nothing. Contents are converted to hidden files/folders.Drives contains some malicious folders with names Folder001 Folder002 so on.Some.scr files are observed at some folders. Please help me out to clean these viruses???
