Win32.Delf.uc

Hello,
Spybot Search and destroy when searches for problems finds: Win32.Delf.uc after fixing the problem when starting a new scan it shows up again. The same thing happens even if I run spybot in Safe Mode.

I have windows XP professional with all updates and all Service packs.
I did have P2P on my computer and I uninstalled it.

Can someone please help?
