installation fail for 1.6.2: code 5 on replacing dll's

Especially irritating on dialup:

during the last stage of the installation, as old files are being replaced, several fail boxes came up on dll files, that the old ones could not be replaced

SDHelper.dll I was able to get by with ignore. But the next one (begins with a T: can't read my own handwriting) needed retry.

Those that followed in the plugins subdirectory specifically mentioned access being denied (code 5), and need "ignore" to get by: TCPIPAddress, chai, fennel, mate. It was the same with update/download.ini.

I could not get by "can't create Update directory with ignore. The entire installation failed.

Firefox 3.0.10, Vista 6.0.6000

Maybe you have installed over an old version?

Please uninstall Spybot - Search & Destroy according to the following link:

Then make a fresh install of Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.6.2.

Actually , it started as a regular update, and then turned into a new install about halfway through. I thought it was just supposed to that.

I'm giving it a shot, however.
