TeaTimer won't start-up?

I have Win Vista (64bit) and have version 1.6.2.46 of Spybot on the desktop of each of my two (2) Log-On's. I use one Log-On for administration purposes, rarely use the internet on that one and the TeaTimer icon always appears without any problem. However, on the other Log-On, the one I use to surf the WWW, TeaTimer icon won't appear on its' own. To make the icon appear I must open up Spybot and click on Tools/Resident. Can anybody help me fix this?

Probably this is a normal user account where you have to activate the TeaTimer manually.

- Go into Spybot - Mode - Advanced Mode - Tools - Resident.
- Check the following: Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.
