Can't get rid of Win32.TDSS.rtk

I have run spybotsd many times, but not only does it come back but comes back with more. I can't start sb without going to the file itself from a scr extension. At start up I get a whole bunch of black screens whizzing by and something about google having to close. Any help would be appreciated.

I have saved the log to my desktop but can't paste it here.
