unable to open any shockwave files

hello folks,

i'm unable to open any of the shockwave files ( i only have a dozen or so) which i could previously open before installing S&D.

the S&D window states: two headings malware/heuristic with the swf file i selected with "nothing found" under the status column. there is also a "scan finished" status as well. this window appears not because i'm running S&D; instead i'm selecting a swf file and the S&D window opens up.

just to humor myself, i uninstalled/reinstalled adobe flash player 10. and there are no problems with IE7 & browsing the web. Vista OS.

To disable the single files scan please open the registry editor by:
(a)
press windowskey + r then enter "regedit" (without quotation marks)
or
(b)
click on "start" , then "run" and enter "regedit" (without quotation marks)

(a+b)
and then browse to the following path.

Please delete the following registry keys:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\sdfiles
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\sdfiles
