Command Service/Look2Me/More Spyware pleaaase help

[nocomnt]

I have tried everything to fix this comp, from adaware, spybot, ewido, norton scans but its still messed up, the main problem is that adaware finds th eproblems, (look2me, command service, and others) but cannot remove them because they are iin use, so when i select the option to run adaware after reboot, it never opens up after. i would really appreciate any help!!
