Command.exe virus help needed

I have the Comand.exe virus. Spybot can find it, but cant clean it. I tried a few things but cant clean it. Can some one please help me.

Run SpyBot check for and fix any problems found afterwards in the results windows rightclick and choose copy results to clipboard and past that back in a reply.
