Oh dear please be gentle

Hello all

Ok for some unknown reason I have suddenly got virus sheild 2009 screaming at me on my laptop. I have no idea how or why as I don't file share and I have Norton 360 loaded, anyhow virus 2009 seems to be a horrible little sod! I have done my research and seemingly its Malware and not nice but I have no idea what I'm doing. I've looked at sites that say I can download removal software but I don't know if I can trust them.

Can someone point me in the right direct how to kill it please.

PS - I'm not the most technical girl on the planet so simple would be good.:red:

Please follow the instructions in this link to see if you can produce a HJT log: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start a new topic and copy paste the log into it.
