Getting rerouted to other sites when clicking Google links

This has been happening for a week since my PC had been infected with a virus. I installed avast which captured a few viruses & trojans but this is still happening. Specifically, when I do a google or yahoo search and click a link from the search, it takes me to different websites. Anyone ever experience this? Any recommendations? Avast has not found any other viruses, not sure whats causing this. Also, have run spybot and it too has found nothing. Thanks. (Log file attached)

Double-click GooredFix.exe to run it.
Select 1. Find Goored (no fix) by typing 1 and pressing Enter.
A log will open, please post the contents of that log in your next reply (it can also be found on your desktop, called GooredLog.txt).
