Firefox Redirecting/Cant Open Spyware Apps/Nero Wont Work.. please help

hi there i think ive had a virus or some sort of malware in my computer for the last couples of days..
when im browsing on firefox it keeps redirecting me to a different page unless i put the direct link in the search bar
i have recently just found out it has disabled my dvd burner(no burning apps can locate it)

and i am unable to open any spyware apps

i have ran a full scan with nod32 av(fully updated) which found a few trogans but didnt seem to affect this virus

i am unable to open spybot

i installed malwarebytes and i was unable to open that either

and i installed hijack this to give you guys a log but i was unable to open that either

please help.. ?
