Simple Question

hi. i just re-installed this software unto my pc because the original file wasn't functioning correctly....

my question is why is that when i run spybot search and check my pc encouters a blue screen with all types of writings displayed on screen then re-boots?

Do you have installed Spybot 1.6.2 on your computer?
Do you have the same problems when you run Spybot in safe mode (http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml) ?
Can you add the content of this blue screen?

yes im running 1.6.20,yes have same problem when running in safe mode,not sure how to copy whats written on the blue screen and post here.. im windows xp.

ddw, can you explain/clarify what this "original file" was in your first post? I'm suspecting the BSOD can be caused by an malware infection. Especially when anti-malware programs attempt to scan and run...
