Are you recieving help elsewhere ?
If not in the windows control panel addremove programs uninstall surfsidekick
restart the PC afterwards.
Download and run Look2Me-Destroyer: http://www.atribune.org/content/view/28/

When your pc is restarted a log will open post it alone with a fresh hijackthis log please.
