Spybot crashes halfway through scan, possible malware?

I have ran Spybot S&D 1.6.2 several times, and each time the scan is stopped half way through by my computer restarting itself. I have unistalled Spybot twice, and reinstalled it, but the same problem continues to happen. I scanned my computer with Symantec and Kapersky (Online scanner) and no viruses were deteced. I also scanned with Malwarebytes and the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\str.sys was found to be infected and I was told to restart my computer to remove the file, but even after rebooting, Malwarebytes still lists the file as infected, however when I go to the location of the file, I can't find it. I then scanned with Ad-Aware AE, and no threats were found. I beggining to wonder if I have some malware that's preventing Spybot from completing a scan, I would appreciate any help in fixing this problem. :red:
PS. All scans were full computer scans and computer runs Windows Home Edition if that helps any.
