Is it possible to setup Spybot Search & Destroy to automatic Detection Update ?

Spybot does not have automatic updating yet, but you can check out the options that are offered in the attached screenshot.

Spybot>Advanced Mode>Settings>Settings

No, because it is up to the developers to decide. I would suggest you start a thread in the Beta Forums (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=12) and you might get the developers attention.
