it starts it runs finds a few things then a popup window comes up and asks if i want to add spybot to my startup i click yes or no and the window keeps poping up it wont allow me to cleanup the system the popup just keeps coming up:confused:

Are you talking about Spybots TeaTimer (see under 8.) (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/tutorial/tutorial_resident.html) ?? You can disable it if you have problems with your fix. The path:
Open Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Tools > Resident > Resident TeaTimer
