Trojan horse

Hi,
I got a trojan horse to my computer the day before yesterday. Now internet just wont work (I am now at my friend´s computer...).
I have run Spybot s&d and also Norton antivirus 2004 many times, also in safe mode. It´s seems there is no virusses in the computer anymore, anyway Norton nor Spybot don´t find them.
So what should I do now? This is very upsetting, hope you´ll answer me!
