600pics.com

I have recently noticed--using the WhatsRunning application--that I have four IP connections to 600pics.com. I can't remember ever visiting the site. I recently removed some malware that was diverting google links to bestwebsearches.com. Now I no longer go there when I click on a link in a google search. This is in IE8. Both www.600pics.com and 600pics.com are in my hosts file, so I can't access the site. Are these connections of concern? The app being I also notice two of these reference the svchost.exe file the other two reference iexplore.exe. Also, two IP connections to this same site open up when I have Outlook running or minimized to the tray.
