My friend uses her computer for school and to file unemployment etc.. it is at her home not at work. She has somehow got a malware or something on her computer and we cant figure out how to get it off. It seems to have taken over her computer as it was intended to do. It was called "System Security" It has the symbol of a shield with diagonal black and yellow stripes. Can anyone help me fix it?
