major problem and dont know where to start

ok, im not sure where to start.

yest. jun 30th, i booted up my win xp sp2 machine.
several minutes after running, it suffered a major crash,
which it tells me it recovered from.
during this time, im typing, and several windows pop
up and closed , so im not sure if the spybot thought
something or was doing something.
not even sure it was spybot, but, ive several programs
running to keep this machine safe.
sysmech, this, win defender. all seem to have system
guards, and not sure what is keeping me from the net.
it made sure i cant use my wireless, or for that matter,
the sygate firewall.

how do i undo possible spybot blocks?
how do i figure out what is blocking my usage?
i went to services and tried to restart, it does, but
then promptly crashes and sends me the error window
for the firewall.

suggestions before i throw my computer out the window?

What did the windows that popped up look like?Can you remember any details about them?
Which version of Spybot do you have?

is the version, and it wiped out the wireless,
as well as the sygate firewall.

any other info i need to give?

as for the windows, i was trying to type something
and didnt see what was happening, so im not sure if
it was given permission to block, so thats what
im trying to see if i blocked something like
the wireless or firewall

Not sure at this point if it was teatimer that popped up or another app.
Could you rightclick teatimer,and select Show log.
Go to edit,select all.Then rightclick and select copy.If the computer affected won't connect to the internet,please paste into a notepad document,transfer it to the computer you're using in some way,like copying to a cd,etc.,then copy and paste the teatimer log here.

If you're able to connect to the internet with the affected computer,just copy the log here,please. :)
