I need help before I need help!

Told that I need Spybot Seek & Destroy by a friend. But I can't launch IE without it opening one after another after another. The only way to get it to stop is to shut it down. Is there a way to get it on that PC without getting online from that PC?

Any ideas would really be appreciated.

Just copy the installer and manual updates on a USB stick or a CD and install Spybot on the infected machine. Please do not try to download the updates during the installation process, just execute the manual updates after the installation has been finished.
