Unable to connect to the server...

Okay so I just downloaded S&D for my brother's computer however when I first try to install it and it has to connect to the server for whatever reasons it says: "Connecting to 89.XXX.XX.XX" then I get a message saying "Error Sending Request. A Connection with the server could not be established."

Anyway to solve this?

Untick the "Download Updates During Installation" option, finish the Install and then update using the Integrated Updater (making sure to Allow Spybot through your Firewall).
