Spybot not functioning

A year ago I installed spybot and it functioned beautifully. Regularly rooting out the bad stuff. I updated and now it scans but lists no spyware or anything. It finds no problems.

I am sure my computer is loaded with stuff.

What do I need to do?:confused:
