i cannot get any anti-spyware to load or install properly

so, i accidently installed WINBLUESOFT thiking it was a genuine windows program to help out with viruses, etc. however it turned out to be a spyware program that has turned my pc into its slave. i have tried to run spybot which would not load. so i uninstalled an reinstalled, but now it says that it cant install : ERROR SENDING REQUEST THE SERVER NAME OR ADDRESS COULD NOT BE RESOLVED.
so i tried SPYWARE DOCTOR which will not load. STOPZILLA, HIJACKTHIS, WINDOWS GENUINE spyware checkers (which cant even check my validation key) and a coupld of other programs which either wont download or wont install properly or will not run after installed.
i found something on youtube.com which was somehwat helpful about manually deleting the programs and then running HIJACKTHIS to complete the process, but considering HJT wont run, i get no where.
is there something i can do? even my windows security center wont let me drop my firewall because it says i need to register WINBLUESOFT to get rid of the spyware. i am extremely annoyed, but i am not completely computer literate to help my cause.
PLEASE HELP ME AND MY PC SANITY.

Hi,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/dds) or here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr) or here (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds).
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
