Teatimer being blocked by Windows Defender in Vista. Won't load

Updated windows vista today and now Defender is blocking Teatimer. Is there a defender icon in tray and now I have to manually activate it, in order to let teatimer load in tray.

Reason seems to be a problem with the signature.
It's very annoying...

I can't find a way to "whitelist" spybot search and destroy in that defender explorer, to let teatimer load...

Any ideas?

Is there anything in Quarantined items in Windows Defender that looks related to Teatimer?
In Tools->Software Explorer,under category Startup Programs,what is Spybot-Search & Destroy's classification,is it Permitted?
