I recently just came across the hosts file and have noticed that there's a lot of strange entries in it.
Can someone please tell me if this kind of thing is unusual? The file makes it seem as though these were added by Spybot as some sort of preventative measure, as at the end of the file it says "# End of entries inserted by Spybot - Search & Destroy". All of the entries appear to be for virus related websites (such as spybot-download.com).
Heres some excerpt from the file including the beginning and the end:
