The immunisation list is steadily growing but are the entries also removed after some time?

Furthermore, static blocklisting doesn't scale very well, are there any plans for other protection techniques in the future?

Hello,

The immunization is always updated.
When there are sites that do not exist anymore we take them out.

We also have another technique - we do not only use static blocklisting, we also have heuristics.
