Help! Read only,spybot won't work

I've had spybot a while with no problems. Yesterday I sucked up an Hifrm-5 that completely blew it away. It wouldn't run and now it keeps saying its only a read me file. I've tried re-adding the app but it keeps coming up that its loading only as a read me file. What do i do??

You can try this:
Please download Spybot on a clean PC and copy it to an USB stick.
Installation file (http://www.spybotupdates.com/files/spybotsd162.exe)
Update file (http://www.spybotupdates.com/updates/files/spybotsd_includes.exe)

Then rename the SpybotSD.exe and make the stick write protected.
